About This Knife
Hand-forged by third-generation blacksmith Shosui Takeda in Niimi, Okayama. Features an Aogami Super core with stainless steel cladding, kurouchi finish, and an octagonal rosewood handle. Known for its incredibly thin blade and featherweight feel. HRC 63-64.
